The company convinced with its technical consulting expertise even in the negotiation phase: the engineers had developed a shuttle carriage for ceiling joist tables, which meant that entire components could be moved and crucial time saved. The engineers further devised a pre-assembled stair formwork system which allows stairs and landings to be pre-assemble in one piece on site. These then merely need to be put in place by crane. A further development involved a new screw jack U-head for the Pafili load towers used in the project. These are used to fix the capping pieces to the tower without accessories, so that the wooden beams cannot shift. All these innovations reduce the setup and dismantling work and provide the client with key time and cost advantages.
