- Organization of over 30 parking lots around Cologne
- Organization of pedestrian/vehicle movement during the closing event
- Provision of over 750 stewards and security staff
- Outside parking lot supervision
- Guidance and supervision of the outside parking lot
- Transfer logistics from parking lots to Marienfeld incl. pay point management
- Tidying and cleaning
- Blocking off and securing of shuttle stops
- Provision of pay booths (approx. 700) and security staff
- Provision of sanitary facilities/tidying and cleaning
- Preparation of project organization with task assignment/responsibilities
- Detailed exchange of information with traffic control center and the police authorities of the WYD with 24/7 availability

- Building machinery and equipment:
- Delivery and setup of over 360 containers for the temporary international media center
- Containers were used by the TV stations as broadcasting and technology facilities and as office and meeting rooms
- Setup of two-story systems within four weeks including air conditioning and handover
- Dismantling within a fortnight
- Equipment of the facilities in accordance with a room specifications previously defined by the organizer

- Air conditioning of the rooms, with some areas required cooling of up to 20 kilowatts
- Static calculations of the forces acting at each corner point of the cranes and lifting gear used, as the ground was not capable in places of carrying heavy loads
